Seek Profitable Growth
The number one statistics that determine the sustainability of diplomatic practice is profit. Not new patients, not even retention, its profit. I spoke with a chiropractic this past weekend who regularly collects $60,000/month, and is having trouble making ends meet. Growth for the sake of growth is both foolish and stressful. My advice is to attract “best fit” people into your practice. People with strong integrity, who do what they say they’re going to do, who hold their health (and future health) as an important value in their life.
By doing so, they will stay, pay and refer other like-minded individuals (and families). Big overheads are big trouble. Fight against it at all cost. A chiropractors profit should show steady growth, year after year. Expect it. Prepare for it. Deliver your services, knowing your patients are receiving a 10:1 return on their investment, and happy to see you are successful.

True North – The Journey Of A Thousand Miles . . . Began With The First (Right) Step.
I have been teaching my clients for more than two decades, success is all about doing “right things right”. Today, the average chiropractor practice does the right action at the right time, about 55% of the time. The challenge however, growth demands right things right (RTR’s) at least 2/3 of the time. What’s missing? Trust, the complete trust in a process through an entire week of practice. Sounds simple, but it is seldom experienced by most teams in practice today. Chiropractic always works! If that’s the case (and it is!), then we must develop the discipline to provide a level of world class service (RTR’s) which inspires whole families to invest in chiropractic care, remain under chiropractic care and refer others to receive a chiropractic power check-up. If you train hard enough with your team, you can increase your RTR’s by twenty percent, which is enough to reach the goals you are so passionate about for your practice.

The Growth Corridor
March through June is the biggest season of growth in chiropractic. Question: are you still waiting for something else to happen in order for your practice to SERIOUSLY grow?! I mean DOUBLE in the Growth Corridor! What ever it is, let it go right now. Not growing in the “growing” season, is simply selfish. Focus on serving a lot of NEW people in your town who desperately need your help, then go meet them and make it happen. “If is going to be, it is up to me!”

The Passing Of A Torch, Sign Of A Legend
A legacy has been erected in the passing of chiropractic legend & friend, Reggie Gold. Hundreds of letters, emails, online posts this week, have paid tribute to a man who has impacted so many lives. So what do we do now? Answer: raise the bar for chiropractic! Take everything we do to another level because his passing leads a void that must be filled. You & I are only asked to do what we can do to create greater chiropractic impact in the world. I for one, know I’ve only scratched the surface of that possibility, so join me in memory of Reggie and be Bigger, Bolder & more On-Purpose than ever before.
All the best, Coach CJ
